Multi-Power-Düse 1/2"  Type MPA  

Our Multi-Power Nozzles type 1+2 allow the use of 2 different spinning heads with one drive. The novel, maintenance-free drive makes these nozzles perfect for combined applications with water recirculator systems.

Use areas:

  • high pressure cleaning for medium or heavily soiled pipes and sewers with DN 100 mm to 250 mm suitable to the following applications, depending on the spinning head used: to remove fine roots, incrustations, greasy slime deposits, blockades, sludge and building material clods
  • used for medium and large sewer lengths and on jet/vac trucks with water recycling system

Function:

  • 2 different spinning heads can be installed on the ceramics bearing rotary joint on the drive. It guides the water directly to the nozzle head. The spinning motion is generated by the impact angle of the "head jets".
  • This concept eleminates the run wear and tear and power loss common with standard rotating nozzles
  • 6 ceramics jet inserts inside provide the forward movement.

  • used for medium and large sewer lengths and on jet/vac trucks with water recycling system

Ordering information:

  • Order a Multi-Power Nozzle type 1+4 and get a nozzle head of your choice (Type HRR, KRD or RRD), and rugged transport case for free. All nozzles have ceramic inserts. We recommend to use the guide basket 3-6 for nominal sizes between DN 300 and 600 mm. If you have larger sizes, use our Multi-Power Nozzle Type 7-12.

Cleaning of oversize and special profiles with our Multi-Power-Nozzle            TYPE MPF 

 

The Multi-Power 7-12 Nozzle and the various cleaning heads and lance heads clean rather all the oversize and special profiles in a professional manner.

 
 

Use areas:

  • to clean with high pressure oversize and special profiles above 700 mm (28") with minor contamination or incrustation
  • use according to the cleaning nozzle applied, for strip-free cleaning of the tube wall
  • also for use with jet/vac trucks with water recycling system
 

Function :

  • this concept uses the same ceramic bearing drive as the Multi-Power Nozzle 1+4
  • various lance heads are used with different shape, length, and nozzle inserts to clean the tube in close contact with the wall. A maximum of 4 lances may be combined in a lance head
  • the angled lances produce the spinning motion
